Grades


There will be 4 assignments each counting for 4%. The assignments consist in reviewing research papers. The participation in class during the presentation of the reviewed paper would count in the evaluation of the assignment.

The midterm exam has two distinct parts: a take home exam counting for 15% and an oral exam scheduled outside class time counting for 10%.

The quality of presentation, the quality of slides, as well as peer evaluation will be taken into account in the class presentation final evaluation.

Project evaluation will include: report quality, presentation quality, preliminary demo and final demo.

Summary of grading scheme:
Assignments (16%), Midterm exam (25%), Class presentation (20%), Project or research report (39%).
